Opinions expressed on a message board are those of the author. byteplant gives no warranties concerning the truth or falsity of any information provided in a message. If the advice given by a user sounds wrong to you, do not try it.
Byteplant GmbH is not obligated to monitor the message boards, but may do so. byteplant may deny your access to the message boards or may remove or edit any message without further notice. Messages that byteplant may elect to remove or edit include messages with the following content:

In particular, if any user asks you for personal information, such as email address, a software key, account number, address, password or credit card number, do not provide it.

However, Byteplant GmbH may preserve content (including identifying information) and may release any or all preserved content to governmental agencies, courts, or other third-parties if you have or may have committed illegal activities.
To control abuse, your IP address may appear on the top of any posting to a message board. After any posting, your IP address is available to Byteplant GmbH.
Byteplant GmbH does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, usefulness, non-infringement on intellectual property rights, or quality of any material in the message boards. You expressly understand and agree that you bear all risks associated with using or relying on the material. byteplant will not be liable or responsible in any way for any content in the Forums, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in the material, or for any losses or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of or reliance on any material.
Please refrain from discussing personal matters, abusing any company or product, or, in general, from posting in a manner unrelated to the direct resolution of issues expected in the support of Byteplant GmbH products and services.
