Just seen this in my log file:
Command line exit code is 0
Command stderr output:
[3544] warn: bayes: cannot open bayes databases db\bayes_* R/W: lock failed: File exists

Filter result is accept/deliver
should i worry as in does this mean as it cant get to the fuile it wont spam filter it?

This effectively temporarily blocks the Bayes database.
It is likely that this happens during database expiry, the lock should get automatically removed after a few minutes when expiry has finished.
If the problem persists, you will find a "bayes.lock" file in the db subdirectory of your installation. You can safely remove this file to make the database work again.
