i have installed a couple times and see no reference to spamcopuri during install or in administration except for the disable rbl checkbox. rbl is enabled and in our detected spam there is no spamcopuri score nor is there a file.

Did i miss something? exactly where in the install is there a check box to install this feature?

Since SpamAssassin 3, SpamCopURI is part of the SpamAssassin distribution (named SURBL), so there is no need to install something extra.
