One of the tips mentions setting up a DNSBL filter and to consult the manual. I can't see an entry in the list of filters for DNSBL.

Choose one DNSBL service you trust to do the right thing. The default setting uses Spamcop and Spamhaus, and it should be OK to stick with the default.
Spamhaus recently was involved in an ugly fight with the Austrian registry, blocking .at domains. This was a questionable decision, and let's hope they don't do it again.
