My Domino 7.0.2 server is setup to support negotiated TLS (based on STARTTLS) for inbound and outbound mail.
Is my assumption correct that there is no support for incoming TLS mail on port 465 in NST? Or how do I have to setup NST for this port?

You can try to setup an SMTP port for this, it might actually work. The default settings should support the STARTTLS command.
