Installation on Mac OS 10.4 [message #1383] Tue, 07 February 2006 05:22

I'm trying to install it on a Mac OS 10.4 Xserve.
It has 2 NICs, one is 202.73.x.x. Another one is 192.168.x.x for internal use.

It uses Postfix as MTA, and I want to change Postfix listening on 192.168.x.x and, and set NST listening on external IP 202.73.x.x.

Is this correct?

I have problem change the parameter "inet_interfaces = all" to "inet_interface=192.168.x.x," in /etc/postfix/ But it is always changed back to "all", after I issue "sudo serveradmin stop mail", followed by "sudo serveradmin start mail".

any idea?
