Hi all,

After SMTP Proxy installed on same IIS relay pc, it could not restart the service. However, this IIS relay pc is only accepted for incoming email. How could it fail to restart service. Thanks

You'll probably find a message "Adress in use" in the noSPAMtoday.log file.
Some other service grabbed the SMTP port, so that NoSpamToday! can no longer listen at this port.

Quite often the Microsoft SMTP service is the culprit. People don't use it, but they don't realize that this service is installed.
