We have an enterprise that provide us the spam service, and they're using SpamAssain. In one of our offices abroad, they use Outlook XP, and their messages are marked as spam, with the follow marks:

I would like to know if there any way to avoid that situation. In the Outlook XP settings, I set that the messages will be RTF beside HTML, but the problem continues. I check for viruses and nothing is present.

Thanks for all your help.

DUL = Dial Up List (or modem bank)

The problem isn't with the PC and the Outlook XP settings. The tags above seem to imply this PC is connected to an ISP that may be spammer friendly. Some of the ISP's IP addresses (in the modem pool) have previously been used to generate spam. That resulted in a block of the ISP's IP being added to some spam black lists. NJABL and SORBS.

About the only things you can do is to either have the offices abroad change ISP's or add their e-mail addresses to a whitelist.
