With just a single click, all archived emails can be backed up to CD or DVD. MailStore provides interfaces to external backup software. It can "freeze" its database, or create a synchronized snapshot copy of the archive on a network share.

Scalability

MailStore can relocate parts of its email archive to other hard disks. You can split your archive in file groups, for example one per quarter or year.

Task Scheduler

Import, export and backup tasks can be easily scheduled to run at specific times.
