Software Maintenance Terms

When purchasing a license you receive 12 months of software maintenance and priority email support. During the time of this Software Maintenance

• You can download the latest bugfixes and maintenance releases for the product version you have purchased.
• You are entitled to receive priority email support.
• You can log into our Customer Service Center to re-request your license key, or purchase license renewals at any time.

The Software Maintenance can be renewed after one year. The renewal discount is 75% on the current list price of the original license, in effect when the renewal is ordered. For your convenience, we will give you advance notification by email before your maintenance plan expires.

Please note that after expiration, you will no longer be able to install new versions of the software, and you will also not be able to extend your Software Maintenance plan without purchase of a new license. In the case of support issues, priority is always given to customers with maintenance contracts.

• Commercial licenses may be installed and used on one (1) computer. Multiple licenses must be purchased for multiple installations.
• Site Licenses may be installed and used on one or more computers owned by the licensee and located on one property owned by this person, company or institution (e.g. campus or business premises).
