Ordering CleanMail Server

CleanMail Server is a complete email security solution (anti-spam, anti-virus, anti-phishing) compatible with email server software on the Windows and Linux operating system platforms.

All CleanMail licenses already include 12 months of software maintenance and priority support. The software maintenance can be renewed every 12 months. The renewal discount is 75% on the current list price of the original license, in effect when the renewal is ordered. For your convenience, we will give you advance notification by email before your maintenance plan expires.

You can upgrade to the larger licenses at any time by simply paying the price difference. Please visit the Customer Service Center to learn more about your upgrade options.

How To Order

You can pay by credit card, PayPal, bank/wire transfer, invoice, check or cash.
To place your order, please click on "Order" and proceed to the checkout, fill in the upcoming form, choose your payment method and follow the instructions. Immediately after your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the license key and an invoice.

European Union residents please add 19% VAT (or enter your VAT ID during checkout if you are from outside Germany).
Single server licenses (as listed above) allow the installation of CleanMail on one server. For multi-server, site or enterprise licenses or if you are an ISP and want to offer CleanMail as a hosted service, please request a price quote.

• CleanMail already includes Anti-Virus protection at no extra cost.
• CleanMail supports an unlimited number of domains.
• Single server licenses (as listed above) allow the installation on one server. For multi-server, site or enterprise licenses or if you are an ISP and want to offer CleanMail as a hosted service, please request a price quote.
• You can explicitly specify a list of recipient addresses (or address patterns) where spam checking is enabled. If a recipient address matches an entry in this list, and if the mail server accepts this recipient address, it counts against the number of licensed addresses. Recipient addresses in excess of the licensed count are not checked for spam.
