I have a process running on what looks like a user defined port that is not in the SMTP setup. I am trying to decide if this is a feature no longer supported, or how to use it.

If I use a TTY connection I am greeted with:

NoSpamToday! Monitoring Service Ready.

If it is no longer used I would like to know how to kill it. If it is used I of course would like to know how to use it.
