the mail server is set to closed relay, but has the spam filtering server as a trusted server....


I have this problem;

Some attempts get 'unknown user' with postmaster, but other attempts seem to accept it?

there is no acception for the postmaster email address set up in NST (when specifying the filtered email addresses), so I have no idea why it is accepting that address as being allowed?

that, and it doesn't filter the mail at all (as you can see above)



The only recent thing done was a server hardware upgrade, with windows repair + drivers installed.
Then with the new version of NST out, that was recently upgraded a day later, hoping to solve this problem....


what could cause this?
