When I connect with outlook to gmail, the instructions tell me to use port 995 for the incoming server and check "this server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)". The outgoing server is port 465 and requires SSL as well. I configured No Spam Today! to use Incoming POP3 Port Number 995. But when I enable my gmail account, I get the following error:

Outlook could not connect to the incoming mail server (POP3). The problem could be the server name or port, or your server may not support SSL. Verify your port and SSL settings in More Settings under the Advanced Tab.

Does this have anything to do with the port number being 995? Why can't I get this to work with gmail. I can receive gmail in outlook if I don't use No Spam Today!, but as soon as I enable it, I begin to receive the errors.

by the way, the gmail config settings are at:

NoSpamToday! does not support SSL POP3 connections.
Check if gmail also supports standard (non-encrypted) POP3.
