First of all, thanks for implementing functions like HostRejectList and HostNDRConnectionCount

Using HostRejectList
Using HostNDRConnectionCount

Is there a way to tag Non-Delivery Reports Mails instead of rejecting them?

In our case the no-spam-today server is behind a virus scanner that queues incoming mails. If the no-spam-today server rejects a mail the mail remains in the queue and the virus scanner tries to deliver the mail again later. In the end the only result is that the dead mail file grows. (Putting the no-spam-today server in front of the virus-scanner is NOT a solution in this scenario)

Or is there a way to treat them as normal mail's that are scanned by the no-spam-today server so that it is possible to write some rules that tag's Non-Delivery Report Mail's that are caused by well known spams ?

NDRs are processed just like any other mail, so it is possible to add spamassassin rules to tag recurring spam or virus NDRs.
