I have in LOCAL.CF this line
bayes_path db\bayes
and then I use command
sa-learn --spam --config-file=..\ruleset\10_misc.cf --showdots d:\spam\
database in "C:\Program Files\No Spam Today!\db\" don't changed, but created new DB in "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\.spamassassin\"!
What I do wrong?

Open a commandline window and issue the following commands:
cd [NoSpamTodayInstallationPath]
sa\sa-learn -C sa\ruleset --spam --showdots d:\spam
