Is there a way to configure a blacklisting service on the no spam today product that will update automatically?

SpamAssassin already uses blacklists like
http://www.mail-abuse.org/rbl/,
http://www.mail-abuse.org/dul/,
http://www.mail-abuse.org/rss/ and
http://www.mail-abuse.org/nml/
by default (see http://spamassassin.apache.org/tests_3_0_x.html
for a complete list of tests), so there should be no need for additional blacklists.
