I just upgraded to 2.0.1.1 and it looks great. Is there a way to filter incomming email so that anything TO any address not listed in the "address patterns to enable filter" list is rejected?

This is best done in the SMTP proxy port settings, on the open relay protection page. Enter only the addresses you want here, all other recipients will be rejected.
