I am looking to optimize the configuration of the Spam Assassin Filter. After searching the supplied doc files, thelist of exit codes were elusive. Where should I be looking?

You can tell SpamAssassin on the command line what exit code to use for spam mails by using the -e option. The default command line uses 255 (-e 255). Otherwise, the exit code is 0.
