Use a text editor to edit your rule files (located in the sa\ruleset subdirectory of your installation).

The cf files are read alphabetically, the last file overrides the settings of earlier files. So to override MIME_HTML_ONLY score (set in 50_scores.cf) add this to local.cf:

score MIME_HTML_ONLY 0.5

The MIME_ASCII0 score is set in mime_validate.cf, which is parsed by SpamAssassin after local.cf. So change the score directly in this file:

score MIME_ASCII0 0.5

While local.cf is backed up when you upgrade NoSpamToday!, mime_validate.cf is not. So you will need to re-apply this change after upgrading NoSpamToday!.

Sending the null character in a MIME message is a really bad error, it usually only occurs in buggy bulk mailers used by spammers. Try to convince the senders of these messages of the error of their ways instead of changing the score.
