Mail filtered via SA often ends up in the wrong recipients box. So far, it only seems to be spam going in the wrong direction, and I do not know the point score where it seems to trigger wrong delivery. Could this be a SA issue?

What do you mean with "wrong"?

In spam mails very often the sender and recipient mail addresses used in the SMTP session have nothing to do with address used in the "to:" or "from:" MIME header fields.

The only way to redirect a mail with NoSpamToday! is by using the reject/redirect policy. In this case spam mails are forwarded to an account you can configure.
