Hi,
We have been using Kaspersky antivirus for WIndows Servers with no problem on our windows 2003 server.

We upgraded to cleanmail after using no spam today for several years with no issue.

Now when kaspersky is used as the antivirus filter, we get the following error in transmission filtering logs (this was using the test filter but it happens also in the actual logs:

Jul 17, 2010, 08:35:01 Session 1000: (Kaspersky Anti Virus) Executing: "C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers MP4\avp.exe" SCAN /i0 C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\KAV1000i.msg /R:C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\KAV1000e.log -es:15
Jul 17, 2010, 08:36:02 Session 1000: (Kaspersky Anti Virus) Command execution timed out
Jul 17, 2010, 08:36:29 Session 1000: (Kaspersky Anti Virus) Move operation failed (Access is denied.)
Jul 17, 2010, 08:36:29 Session 1000: (Kaspersky Anti Virus) Cannot open file C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\KAV1000e.log mode=read (No such file or directory)
Jul 17, 2010, 08:36:29 Session 1000: (Kaspersky Anti Virus) Filter result is reject/delete (non-recoverable error)

Can someone shed some light on what may be going on??

Please make sure that the C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\ folder is excluded from on-access AV scans.
