Is there a library of 3rd part filters somewhere?
I have some I could add that I've written, like SpoofedSender and ReceipientBlacklist.
Also, why can't I move my own custom filters to the top of the filter lists (it says because of performance reasosn) but some of my filters are VEr lightweight?
thanks.

Please have a look at the CleanMail Contribution Area:

External filters always have the overhead of writing/reading the mail body to/from a file, which means that they need more resources than built-in filters like the attachment/DNSBL or delay filters. You can still put your own filters in any place by editing the cleanmail.cf file directly.
