Hi,

I'm still running version 2 and I'm trying to get the powers that be to upgrade to V3 but this may take some time.

In the mean time I have quite a few emails getting an exit code of 255 from Spam Assassin without a spam score. the email is then rejected.

I have to added these senders to a white list to allow these emails through, is there anything else I can do?

Example log below.

You selected "reject/delete" as spam mail policy which is the reason
that the spam score is not appearing in the log.

Make sure that your whitelist really matches the sender addresses in question.

Hi, adding these users to the white list does work fine. What I mean is there any reason / fix I can apply to stop these rejections in the first place?

Thanks

Damian
