Greetings!
If we wanted to add both domain.com and sub1.domain.com to our blacklist, can we use *@*domain.com to restrict all sub-domains or do we need to list each domain, i.e.: *@domain.com *@sub1.domain.com?

Yes, subdomains can be specified this way.
