I have found out that my NST running on the same server as my email system is making all email look as if it is coming from a localhost address which makes this server a open relay, did take long for china to find it either! Any way of closing this without taking it off the same server? NST is listening on port 25 and outputing on port 26 to the email program. That program has realy control but it sees the emails coming from 127.0.0.1 now.

thanks in adavance

Tell NoSpamToday! to only accept messages for your local domain. You can do this by entering your domains in the "open relay protection" setting of NoSpamToday! (SMTP Proxy Configuration Dialog). For example like this:

*@byteplant.com

will this also stop "header spoofing"? and not allow them to relay the messages?

Thanks in advance
